The Liberty Food Fest is a multi-day celebration of local food and farming systems, featuring speakers, vendors, and live cooking. The event aims to promote sustainability, food freedom, and regional agriculture.

I’ll be speaking on how good health isn’t found in a package or prescription. It can be nurtured through simple, life-giving practices. My talk draws on travels to indigenous communities around the world, exploring health traditions that have stood the test of time—and that can be applied to modern life.
